1. Acceptance

By downloading or using TravelOwl ("App"), you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

Qahani Limited grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, copy, modify, or distribute the App.

3. Account & Security

If registration is required, you must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are subject to store policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content (itineraries, notes, images). By using the App, you grant Qahani Limited a licence to store and process content for App functionality.

6. Restrictions

Do not use the App unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, upload malware, impersonate others, or infringe third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (e.g., AWS, RevenueCat, Sentry, Expo). Use of these services is subject to their terms. Qahani Limited is not responsible for third-party actions or content.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" for planning purposes. We do not provide travel advice, bookings, or guarantees of accuracy.

We may update the App or this EULA. Your licence may be terminated for breaches or misuse.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Use is governed by our Privacy Policy, including GDPR compliance.

12. Governing Law

England and Wales law applies. Disputes are submitted to its courts.
